Strapping Course
The Horowhenua Kapiti Rugby Union held a strapping course last Thursday at Levin College Old Boys rugby clubrooms. The strapping course gave our Club and Secondary School coaches, managers and strappers a general understanding of how to strap some of the common injuries in rugby.
