The Horowhenua Kapiti Heartland management team would like thank everyone who has given their support to the team this year. What a season it has been! To finish the season equalling the highest ever ranking by a Horowhenua Kapiti team in a first-class season is a massive achievement and the team are very gracious of the support by all. The Heartland management team look forward to seeing all supporters back for another season in 2015.
