Team named for final pre-season clash
The Hurricanes head to Levin this Friday for their final pre-season match ahead of the 2014 Investec Super Rugby season.
With the team set to depart for South Africa on Saturday, coach Mark Hammett is giving his whole squad the opportunity to put their best foot forward against the Crusaders.
All Black Beauden Barrett slots into the first five-eighth role, in what will be his first game back, with newcomer Marty Banks named at fullback. Captain Conrad Smith, Jeremy Thrush, and Cory Jane also return to the starting line-up, along with Alapati Leiua who returns from injury.
The match at the Levin Domain kicks off at 4pm.
